Cheesecake Factory hourly wages in Southern CA??

Does anybody know how much a waitress can make in tips and hourly if working at the Cheesecake Factory in SoCal?? Also what is the busiest hour of the day?

South California they make minimum wage,i am not quite sure what it is.... But if you are talkout tips, they average about $25 per hour. The busiest hour is usually around i would say maybe Lunch time, it gets very busy.
