Cheesecake Factory in Utah?

We're planning on going to the Cheesecake Factory to eat next weekend, but they're always slammed. Does anyone around here know when the best time to go there would be? They've told me that they don't take reservations but I don't know when is the best time to go.

We went in January on a Sunday, thinking it would not be that busy as the newness had to have worn off by now.  But it was an hour and a half wait, then after we finally ate and got our bill their systems went down so we had to wait another half hour before they could run our bill.  We have drove by during the week during lunch time and it still has people waiting outside so I do not have a good answer for you, sorry.

Surely they can't be always slammed. Go at a weird time, like 2:30 in the afternoon, and don't forget to have cheesecake!
