Chef had 2nd interview and never showed.?

Question

I had an interview w/a chef and I was impressed so I setup a second interview in which he never showed. Although, he did seemed interested when I called him to set up the interview.When I called to see if he was going to show he said that he got called into work.l then told him that I would call him later and never did because I was upset . He then called to apologize for not showing up, but now I have doubtness in given him another interview and he not showing up again.

How will you feel on Friday night when he doesn't show?  Keep looking and avoid those future headaches.

I would definitely also have doubts about anyone who skips an interview without even calling to explain.

But, since you were really impressed, I would give him a second chance.  But if there's any other thing you see that gives you doubts, I would look for another candidate.
