Chellin or Gelynne...?

pronounced zhe-lynn (soft j)

its a filipino name and it is originally spelt Chellin but i thought that the spelling Gelynne might be easier to pronounce.

What do you think of the name?

also if you have any other suggestions (spelling wise) they are welcome.

and YES i am filipino so its for my heritage really.

I like Chellin better, but when I look at the name Chellin, I think of "chillin."

I like Gelynne.  I think it is easier to pronounce that way than Chellin.  Also it's an original spelling which I think makes it more interesting.  I love it.

the gelynne spelling made me immediatly think of gellin- like the dr scholls insole commercials- i'm gellin are you gellin

chellin- looks like shelleen (sha-leen)- which is a pretty okay name
