Chelsea Legend Ron Harris backs striker Fernando Torres
Chelsea legend Ron Harris believes that misfiring striker Fernando Torres will soon be back amongst the goals. The Spaniard has yet to score for the Blues since joining the club back in the January transfer window.

has so far been unable to find the back of the net for his new employers.
However, Torres is starting to show flashes of the brilliance he is capable of in recent weeks. Though he isn’t scoring himself, he is starting to create scoring opportunities for his team-mates. He has also come close to breaking his duck on more than a
few occasions.
That has left Chelsea legend Ron Harris with hope that the striker will soon be back to his deadly best. Speaking about Fernando Torres’ form with Chelsea, Harris said, “He's been a little bit unfortunate. He could've scored two or three goals. I don't think
it'll be too long before he finds the back of the net."
Harris claimed that the Blues would also be desperate to have their new acquisition in top form as soon as possible. He believes that Frank Lampard will consider stepping down from taking a penalty to allow Torres to score for Chelsea .
He added, "If they were two- or three-nil up with a few minutes to go and got a penalty, maybe http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Frank-Lampard-c14097 would allow him (Torres) to take the penalty."
Harris also took the time to share his thoughts on http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786’s position in the current campaign. He believes that the Blues have what it takes to go all the way to the Champions League title. Harris also claimed that if things go Chelsea’s way, they could
even retain their Premier League crown this season.
Chelsea are currently in fourth place in the League standings, nine points behind leaders Manchester United.
