http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 manager Andre Villas-Boas has denied reports that the English Premier League giants are looking to make a bid for Shakhtar Donetsk striker Willian.
Reports revealed that the London club were interested in bringing in the 23-year-old Brazilian in the winter transfer window. While Villas-Boas admitted he believed Willian was an extremely talented player, he did not think there was a place for him at Chelsea.
The Portuguese manager felt that since Willian would be unable to participate in the UEFA Champions League this season, the Blues did not have too much use for him. He hinted he could try and make an attempt for the player in the next transfer window.
Willian began his youth career at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Brazil-c2858 international has led the club to
various titles over the years.
Along with the Ukrainian Premier League, Shakhtar Donetsk have gone on to win the Ukrainian Cup in 2008 and 2011, the Ukrainian Super Cup in 2008 and 2010 and the UEFA Cup in 2009. While with the Brazil under-20 international side, Willian helped them win
the South American Youth Championship in 2007.
Villas-Boas said in an interview:

We are not stressed regarding what we can do in this transfer window. If a good opportunity arises, we could study it, but at the moment, we are very satisfied.”
After signing http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Gary-Cahill-c14439 in the winter transfer window, Villas-Boas believes his side are set for the remainder of the season. He left out the new arrival in the clash against Norwich but it is believed he will participate in the next fixture.
He revealed:
“With Cahill, there are certain principles that take time to assimilate bearing in mind our defensive organisation. He had trained hard for four days and did extremely well. We decided for [Branislav] Ivanovic on the bench because he offers the possibility
of right-back and centre-back, but I am sure Gary is going to be in contention for QPR.”
