The player is valued at £15 million by French club Rennes, but Chelsea are ready to wreck United's move for
the midfielder by offering £10 million more than United's offer of £15 million. In the end, money may prove to have the final say.
The player has personally expressed his desire to play for Manchester United, but it is Liverpool who have shown the utmost interest in M’Vila this season. Liverpool’s new Director of Football, Damien Comolli has watched the midfielder in action on at least
three separate occasions.

It was only last week that Yann M’Vila revealed his desire to remain at Rennes and rubbished reports linking him with a move to the Premier League in the summer.
