Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti admits Torres and Luiz arrival was not perfectly timed – EPL news

Torres and Luiz completed their transfers for a combined £75 million fee from Liverpool and Benfica respectively in the winter transfer window. The former AC Milan manager admitted that had he signed the duo before the start of the season, they would not
