Chelsea match ticket lost

I bought Chelsea match tickets on general sale for upcoming Chelsea game at Stamford Bridge. I have lost that ticket but I remind the Serial code, what I should do to get duplicate ticket

 If your Chelsea match ticket is lost then, visit the box office no later than 2 hours before the kick off with proof of identification and they will issue duplicate tickets (providing the tickets have not already been used). There will be a £5.00 charge per ticket. The box office will check that your ticket has not been used on the day of the match before duplicate tickets are issued. Only the customer who purchased the tickets can collect duplicate tickets (with proof of identification). If you arrive less than 2 hours before kickoff the tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
