Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich determined to land Valencia winger Juan Mata
Recent reports reveal that English Premier League defending champions Chelsea are preparing to make a bid for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011 international currently plays for La Liga outfit Valencia.

Mata is valued at an estimated €20-30 million, a price most of the clubs might not be willing to pay. Big spending Chelsea and Manchester City are the exceptions though, and would not hesitate to pay the demanded transfer fee.
