Chelsea tickets do not arrive

I am official member of Chelsea FC, I ordered online ticket from Chelsea official website but my tickets has not arrived yet. What should I do to report this problem

 Please visit the box office no later than 2 hours before the kick off with proof of identification and they will issue duplicate tickets (providing the tickets have not already been used). The box office will check that your ticket has not been used on the day of the match before duplicate tickets are issued. Only the customer who purchased the tickets can collect duplicate tickets (with proof of identification). If you arrive less than 2 hours before kickoff the tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
