Has the Court of Arbitration for Sport lifted Chelsea’s transfer ban, implemented as a result of the signing of Gael Kakuta?

Chelsea has been cleared of wrongdoing regarding the Kakuta transfer and the ban, implemented on September 25th 2009 and which took Chelsea out of the frame for two complete, consecutive registration periods has as a result been lifted.
