Chelsea winger Juan Mata targeting a win over Manchester City on Monday

However, it doesn’t end there for Villas-Boas and their men as they now face Premier League leaders Manchester City on Monday in the late night kick-off. There is currently a ten point gap between the two sides, which is why a win is necessary for Chelsea.
Mata is all too aware of the importance of the upcoming match the role it will play in Chelsea’s campaign of 2011-2012. The Spaniard was extremely optimistic ahead of the crucial clash and said he was certain the Blues would go on to win even though Manchester

The 23-year-old revealed the disappointment of losing to Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester United earlier this season. It was for this reason he wanted his side to register a win over Manchester City in the upcoming match so the Blues could remain in the
top four and ultimately the title race.
He continued:
