Chelsea’s Josh McEachran happy to join Swansea City

http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 youngster Josh McEachran has completed his loan move to Premier League rivals Swansea City for the remainder of the season.
The 18-year-old midfielder has already had a training session with his new side, having travelled to south http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Wales-c3041 earlier this week. McEachran revealed he was extremely pleased with the move to Swansea City and hoped he would do well at the club.
McEachran said while speaking to reporters:
“I'm delighted to be here. I wanted to come earlier, but Chelsea had a few injuries and things.
There was interest from a number of other Premier League clubs, but I wanted to come to Swansea because of the style of football they play.”
The Englishman admitted he had wanted to join Swansea City earlier on but had been unable to do so since the Blues had required his services due to injuries. McEachran revealed he admired their style of play and their constant will to fight.
In addition to that, McEachran has spoken to the Swansea City manager Brendan Rodgers who had played a big role in his decision to move to the club. He revealed he had known Rodgers since he was still with Chelsea and had proved to be a terrific manager
so far.
Having recently watched them secure a win over http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 in the Premier League, McEachran admitted he was extremely impressed. He also felt he would do well at the club since he already knew a lot of the players in the squad.
He revealed:
“It's a really young team here at Swansea and I think I will fit in well. I certainly hope so because I want to get a place in the team and play a lot of Premier League games.”
Meanwhile, the manager was full of praise for the Chelsea youngster, claiming his side were lucky to have a player like him at their disposal. Rodgers revealed McEachran had proved to be a terrific passer and would hopefully do well at his new club.
Rodgers said:
“He's a player who sees passes from the sky. He's an incredible passer of the ball and the Swansea fans will get to witness one of the best talents this country's got.”
