  1. check prequisets for school you are planning on attending

  2. Yes, it is possible... However, you're going to encounter some problems. Many times, prerequisites exist for graduate courses. If you try to enroll in graduate courses, you'll be told that you haven't taken the lower level chemical engineering classes. Last year, there were a couple of graduate students in my classes because they didn't have the credits and prerequisites required for the grad courses.

The best way to find out would be to ask the chemical engineering departments of the schools you're interested in.

I mean, you could always go back for a BS in chemical engineering. One of the guys in my class already has a BS in psychology, but he wanted to come back to school for this.

    Good luck to you.

  3. Theoretically yes. Practically no way.

When you take graduate thermodynamics or graduate advanced fluid dynamics, for example,  the prerequisite is having Thermo II and Fluids II. In turn to have Thermo II and Fluids II you need Thermo I and Fluids I AND Calc I and II

You will not be admitted to the class w/out the pre reqs. You would have to take them first. GL
