  1. Decreasing the pressure of N2 gas over a solution decreases its solubility in the solution. According to henrys law the pressure of a gas above a solution is directly proportional to the concentration of the gas in the solution.

A 0.70M glucose solution has a lower vapor pressure than pure water. The vapor pressure of any solution is lower than that of the pure solvent. The vapor pressure is lower because fewer solvent molecules can vaporize due to the presence of solute particles on the surface.

A 0.70M solution of LiBr will have a higher melting point than a 0.50M solution of MgBr2. The LiBr has a molal concentration less than MgBr2. The more concentrated the solution lower it's melting point is.

A 0.70M solution of Libr will have a lower boiling point than a 0.50M solution of MgBr2. The LiBr has a molal concentration less than MgBr2. The more concentrated the solution higher it's boiling point is.
