This question is from my homework, and I have no idea what it's even asking--% protonated is not in any of my chemistry books and I can't really find out any information about it online. Can someone please try to explain what this means and how to go about solving this problem?

The AIDS drug zalcitabine (also known as ddC) is a weak base with a pKb of 9.8. What percentage of the base is protonated in an aqueous zalcitabine solution containing 560 mg/L?
