What do we use chemistry for in the home? I have to make a leaflet about the different things we use chemistry for in our everyday lives at home. Chemistry whizz's got any ideas

There are so much examples, Some of them are,
We use Gas to cook meal which is Methane Gas obtained by different chemical processes.
We Use Sops for bathing purpose, obtained by different chemical processes.
We Use Surfs for washing cloths, obtained by different chemical processes.
etc..
