ive read throught the chapter 3 times and i cant find the answer. PLEASE HELP!!

Mass does not change during a chemical reaction. Is the same true for a physical change? Explain and give and example.

  1. yes mass isn't changed during a physical change because a physical change is only when the appearance of it is changed such as color, etc.  It still has the same mass.


  2. Yes, no mater how much you chop a log up there is always that sam ammount of wood. The mass merely becomes more distributed among the remnants.
