Is there any private luxury bus service operating regularly between Chennai and Kochi? If so please tell me the time of operation (8-10 am), cost (approx.),?

how can i reach the boarding point from chennai central railway station?

is there 'on the spot' booking or internet booking?

You may book train tickets from chennai to ernakulam junction , and then you can go to cochin by ferry service.the busjourny is not adviceable.
