Chennai Super Kings’ performance surprises Stephen Fleming – IPL News
Chennai Super Kings’ coach Stephen Fleming has said that he was astonished to see his side among the top four teams in the Indian Premier League season four standings.

Considering the game against the Royals as a crucial encounter, the former Kiwi captain urged his players to continue with the good work that they demonstrated earlier in the competition.
"The team that wins (today) goes top four, top five spot. It`s unusual for us, usually scrapping around in the middle stage. We`ll be trying to get a game here and there. But (this situation) can change very quickly, we`ve got to maintain the standard,"
Fleming said on the eve of the match-up against the Royals.
Commenting on today’s game against Rajasthan Royals, Fleming explained that even though his team will be playing with home advantage, the Kings cannot afford to take the Royals as an easy target. The coach made it clear that the players have no room for
making any further mistakes as the tournament has entered into the final stages.
When inquired how much of a threat Warne would be since the ball has been turning in the last few games at the venue, Fleming, referring to the previous game against Deccan Chargers at Chidambaram stadium, stated, "There hasn`t been excessive turn. If you
see the last game, (DC) they could`ve got 160. There were stages in the game where it looked like there was some big turn. It tends to flight now, the last couple of games."
Analysing their rivals in today's game, Fleming admitted that Shane http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Johan-Botha-c67173 and Warne, the Royals had a strong spin bowling attack. The former Kiwi batsman further claimed that the match would be an interesting
and entertaining one as the two teams are similar in the bowling department.
Meanwhile, Fleming hoped that Chennai’s top-order would once again do the trick for the team and that 170-plus runs would be a good score.
