Cherry wood floors, white trim in a bedroom, changing wall color - chocolate, brownish grey? suggestions?

Current color is beige, seems a lil too light, is the greyish/brown palate too dark to go with the new cherry floors?

Wanting a more warm masculine look without boxing room in - help!!

  1. play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find colors that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

    I think a dark gold like "saucy gold" (# 6370) would look terrific with the cherry flooring.
