Chess Help?!?!?

Question

Is their anywhere online to play chess against humans? I don't really want to chat just play against real people. I used to play on CBS but it doesn't work anymore. Any suggestions?

Play at the ZONE on MSN. It's an easy download and you don't have to chat at all. You usually start playing average players but you can quickly build your points and play tougher players. Good luck

There are several places.  Some free some pay.  Yahoo certainly has it.  Here is a rudimentary search for free online chess:

Yahoo is alright but it takes forever to build your account up in order to face moderate competition. I highly suggest FICS (freechess.org). The competition is top notch and I've been playing there for about 7 years.

Seriously...

Anyone who wants to play serious chess must download the Playchess client from www.playchess.com. Personally, as an avid fan, I've never heard of freechess.com/ but well...

Playchess is completely free, and has the largest following among chess players among the world! It even has grandmasters playing in it!

Alternatively, if you want to visit an online site, go to nabiscoworld.com and play the chess there. It's free, loads fast, but you will need Flash player.
