yes an unofficial world champion is possible if you are able to beat top grandmasters with FIDE rating of 2650+ .

but in official tournaments it wont be possible to be world champion starting from scratch.

both is possible,but if u see in ground n history realities then u will realize that it is impossible,me 2 had same enthusiasm but after 16 year experience of playing chess i even couldn't reach the NM,tittle.so my son b realistic.work hard n dont set the time frame otherwise u will b dis hearted n leave chess as my teacher Josh Watzkin did,slow n study win the race.bye

Well I suppose if your willing to put 100% effort into it and if you practice like every hour of the day and pick up new moves then yes. Remember anything is possible if you put your mind to it
