Question:

Chess games with starting advantages?

Always wondered about something. How much of an advantage would a guy like me, with about a 1600 rating, need to beat a world grandmaster? For example, would I stand a chance against a grandmaster if he started minus one of his bishops or knights? How about 2? How about a rook or even the queen? You see where I'm going with this? I think if if he started without his queen he could still beat me. What do you think?
