Chess in Boise, Idaho?

I have noticed that no-one plays at parks around here. Or maybe they do and I just don't know which ones are active. Anyways, anyone know of any parks, coffee shops, etc where people play chess in Boise, Idaho?

If  you can find a Starbucks you may get some information about that.  I often see people playing chess at the Starbucks I sometimes visit.
