  2. At 6...Nd7 I'm out of book.

    Of course I'm using MCO 13 and more recent probably exists.

    9 Bd3 is a puzzler.  Let him stay on h7.  Along with Nd7 black's only hope is an unjustified queenside expansion after struggling to castle.  Otherwise his pieces are passive.
