Hi can anyone tell me where I can buy the materials to make my own chess set...cheers.

There is quite a wide choice of materials, wood, glass, metal...

I've never made a set myself, but some friends have made wood sets.

It's an exciting undertaking, add some additional comments if you don't mind on what kinds of materials you are contemplating.

try Michaels or any other craft shop or even Lowes or Home Depot
