what heart problem is that? Myocardiac Infraction, Left sided heart Failure or stress?

  1. If you're over 25, call the ambulance and go to the ER.  You don't need to KNOW you are having a heart attack to go to the hospital - you just need the real possibility of one.  The most likely (not only, but most likely) cause of that type and pattern of pain is a heart attack.  Don't drive yourself there.

    What you describe is a sign of a Myocardial Infarct, not left  sided heart failure.  Stress is too general a term - it doesn't cause symptoms.  It can cause conditions which cause symptoms.

Left sided chest pain radiating down the arm is a sign of something wrong with the heart.  Anxiety attacks can often mimic signs of heart attack, but why take the chance.  The longer you wait, if it is a heart problem, the more long term irreversible damage your heart will sustain.  Go to the ER.  If its tolerable, have a friend drive you in, or call for an ambulance.   It would be less than smart to drive yourself in.
