Chest and Back acne? Whats best to use ?

i have acne on my back a little bit, and a little less on my chest, what is the best product to use to cure it, ive tried stridex but it doesnt work

straight up benzoyl peroxide. smother it on every night. It dries out the skin but I gaurantee the acne will be gone within a week :)

ther is a product called neutrogena body scrub acne ... something. it is orange. and it makes your acne go away on youyr back and chest.

Neutrogena Body Wash. Don't get the scrub, it has little granuels in it and when you wash it off your body those granuels have to run down your body. It gets in places you don't want it, and its not pleasant. The body wash works pretty well, but it was very drying for me, so I couldn't use it everyday, just a few times a week. Its pretty cheap, so give it a try. You should really get one of those body wash poofs to spread it with. I know thats a little girly, but it lathers it up very quickly and spreads it much better than anything else.

If you can find it, Phisoderm Anti-Blemish Body Wash. If not, try a Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash/Scrub. Of course, don't use the medicated soaps all over your body. Use a gentle soap on your entire body.

try clearisil body wash

or their blackhead clearing scrub

i use it in the shower after i bathe

If you have acne on your chest and back, you have Grade 4-5.  This requires prescriptions.  Maybe even accutane.
