Chest pain medicine?

ok i know you're gonna tell me to go to the hospital but i've already spent an entire day there so now i just need to know; is there any medicine that i can take for chest pains? they could not find anything wrong with me but after i had my wisdom teeth pulled.. on the second day i started having bad chest pains, i went to the ER had multiple tests and blood work done to no avail. the pain is beginning to get unbearable is there anything over the counter that i can take for this?

You likely have pleurisy. Take 800mg Motrin as needed for the pain, and get plenty of rest. It may take several hours before the pain goes away.
