i just started getting chest pain around an hour ago and its kind of hurting. i chewed 4 tums and it helped a little. but here's where i'm kind of worried. my father has heartburn too but he gets it from spicy foods. i don't eat spicy foods. i'm 5-5" and weigh 180 pounds my stomach size is around 41-42 inches. i used to be 51. i am i THINK 40c. do you think i should get a reduction to help? sometimes i get back pain and its aggrivating because my dad doesn't believe that there might be something wrong and my fiancee' thinks i'm fine the way i am. i'm losing weight for MY HEALTH and he doesn't want me to lose any. i been building pounds of muscle and i been eating 900-1000 calories and doing crunches and walking for 30-40 minutes. i read that weight in your chest can be a serious health risk. at my age, height, and weight, do you think my size is right? i dont know what to do about this pain in my chest. i just want to be healthy and fine. i start my gardasil shots tomorrow and i dont think that would affect my health

  1. I seen my daughter having the same issue and she went for the breast reduction because she was having the same symptoms . And as far as weight and loosing the weight is a great idea and keep up the work . You can only feel better because of the accomplishment and your self worth . You boyfriend might be insecure about himself because you are loosing pounds and may be other man will be looking at you and may be it's control over you as well .Congratulations and keep up the good work .

  2. when you lose weight your breast size will shrink. if i were you i would wait as long as i could before going under a knife. doctors seem to mess up a lot now days and it costs alot. if you are unsure about yourself take it slow and lose weight the right way so you don't hurt yourself. then you will start feeling better. P.S. taking tums all the time will give you heartburn. it stops the acid from breaking down the food that you eat. the next time you have heartburn take 1 teaspoon of vinegar and that should help.
