Chest pains? What are they?

Over the past week i've started having pains in my chest?

Tonight I felt my heart race, sort of like a train going through a station, came quickly and went quickly...

Btw I'm fourteen.

you may have acid reflex.

its when you take in to much sugar and two much caffeine it triggers pain in the chest area.

have you had any of those energy drinks?  Like REd Bull or anything? they have loads of caffine and they make your heart race.

its probably acid reflux! I get it alot and when i get it it knocks me on my butt! I get really bac chest pains to the point where i cant stand! Its most likely acid reflux!

I think you should be talking to your parents about this, or your school nurse.  It could be anxiety attacks or perhaps some more serious.  So please talk to someone other this place.
