Chest pains and pins and needles?

Question

hi there, about a month ago i started having little twinges in my chest on my left side, i went to the doctors and they told me i had pulled a muscle, but i have given it another two weeks and still the same twinges keep coming and going sometimes they can last for hours and other times they come and go, but on top of this my left shoulder, arm is aching alot and starting to get pins and needles, can someone help me because i dont want to keep bothering my doctor.
