  1. ignore old flossy above.

your not doing enough exercises sounds odd yes but some ares are bain ignored my 50inch chest can owe itself to plenty of hard graft in the gym, it has been stripped apart and rebuilt .

it is odd to say add more exercises but it is true.

try my chest routine and see how you get on.

incline barbell bench 4 sets 8-12 reps (upper chest mass builder)

incline dumbbell flye 2 sets 20 reps (upper chest isolation exercise)

decline barbell bench4 sets 8-12 reps (lower chest mass builder)

decline dumbbell flyes 2 sets 20 reps ( lower chest isolation exercise)

close grip bench 3 sets 8-12 reps ( inner chest mass builder)

dumbbell flyes 4 sets 8-12 reps (overall chest isolation exercise)

e-mail me if this helps you once you've tried it

  2. That is because 4 days a week is too much for your pecs they aren't getting enough time to recover. Try to hit every muscle once a week and you will start to see growth.
