Chevy, Ford, And Dodge- Mechanical fuel injection?

Question

When was the last time all of these vehicles had mechanical fuel injection? I'm a (octane knowledge) and I'm trying to find a diesel truck engine that can run under water. Pickup Truck!

PS. Don't try to sell me yours I just want the knolidge.

volkswagon had it for years, but the American cars.. i can not remember seeing any.
