  1. You did not mention how you stored them.  Possibly the package was not closed and air got in causing them to dry out.  If you really like them enough to purchase them again, try removing them from their original packaging and put the cookies in a zip lock plastic bag.

  2. The water in the cookies evaporated so they dried out and became stale. Try wrapping up to three cookies at a time in a paper towel and microwaving them for 15-30 seconds. Eat them as soon as it's thermally safe to do so. To avoid this kind of catastrophe in the future, try placing a piece of bread in with your cookies in an airtight container.

  3. did you keep them covered. if you didnt the mouisture probably escaped.

  4. They got stale...>.>

  5. you must of forgot to close them throw em out..  if they were not stale you could of nuke them in the microwave for about 40 sec.

  6. they had to much air get to them

  7. air got inside after you opened them.

  8. those b******s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. They dehydrated(the water got sucked out into the air)!

Remove them from the container they came in and place them in a Ziplock Plastic Bag...Put the cookies in and also add 2 or 3 slices of fresh bread..Seal the bag and check after 24 hours...I bet you will have soft chewy cookies again.

  10. if you let them sitting out uncovered they got stale.

  11. Next time, put them immediately in a cookie jar with some soda crackers. They stay fresh longer.

  12. Every year my mom makes a ton of cookies at christmas. In each container she puts a slice of bread to keep them fresh and moist. The bread releases moisture and gets hard but the cookies stay soft. Try that in the future.

  13. I always put mine in a zip lock bag as soon as I get home from the store.  I don't care what kind of packaging they are in or if they say it's a stay fresh pkg, it never works.  So rely on the old zip lock method.

  14. they dried out. Try putting them in a microwave fo 15 seconds or so. See what that does to help. Only the ones you want to eat. You would have to do this each time.

  15. you left them sitting out or sumthin?

haha or they just suck..like the sucky brand

    answer mine pleasse?
