  1. Ask this question in about five years. The Leafs are in a holding pattern until then.

  2. For the Cup you mean? The Hawks will before the Leafs- at least at the ate the two are going

  3. I hope so! I heard a RUMOR that the NHL was gonna have every team play ALL the teams. I don't know if it's true...but we can hope, can't we?

  4. Leafs are not going anywhere. Fletcher is not making good moves. In fact, he's making horrible moves. Toronto won't be champs for at least a decade

  5. That would be pretty sick... But the leafs aren't getting no cup anytime soon!

  6. yes it would be sick to see because leafs will win the Chicago blackhawks anyday.

  7. Define near.

For those saying the Leafs are doing nothing or Fletcher is doing a bad job, he's doing exactly what he needs to do. He's clearing out the deadwood so he can rebuild this thing. No point aiming for the last playoff spot, might as well stink the place out and get a few top draft picks. How do you think Chicago was able to improve so much? Answer, Kane and Toews and a bunch of other real good picks and trades, then add to them via free agency. No point trying to do it the other way around, doesn't work.

Besides, I just seen that Toronto aquired Ryan Hollwig from the Rangers for a 5'th round pick. I'd say you can add two more goals to the Leaf's total, but he has to replace somebody and they'd probably score more than 2.

  8. Theres a team(city) right in the middle of them that wont let that happen anytime soon.

    hint: their jerseys are red

  9. Chicago went from decent to very good, while the leafs went from terrible to terrible, they made no impact.  so maybe chicago but not toronto in a few

  10. That would be great. Check your crystal ball.
