Game Story
The Bulls bounced back from a hard-fought 115-108 defeat to the Indiana Pacers in their previous game at Conseco Field house.
Both teams got off to a fast start and played a very close match, using quality defense and efficient scoring to tie the game at 15 with six minutes to go in the opening quarter. Chicago then got the shooting touch back and managed to take a 26-20 lead at
the three minute mark. A lay-up from Thornton cut the deficit to 28-24 but the Bulls went on a 6-4 run, taking a 34-28 advantage into the second.
Chicago came on strong in the second quarter, outscored the Kings 30-19, and took a 64-47 lead into the locker room. The Bulls continued to play offensively throughout the third quarter and widened their lead to 98-72, heading into the final period.
The Kings tried to do their best but they stumbled to 40-point loss in another defeat for the struggling team.
