Well, I'd say I signed up for Chicago Cares since January. I've been really busy with school and extracirrucular activities; among other things, and I haven't had the opportunity to volunteer. However, I would love to. I have several questions that maybe organizers or other volunteers can answer for me.
Are there a lot of other young adults(teens) that volunteer?
How long will I be volunteering(I should have a lot of spare time in the summer, but it's always nice to know)?
It's a requirement for CPS students to have 40 hours so, I was wondering, will I be able to get some with Chicago Cares?
These are just a few curiosities I had and I hope that they could be answered. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
