Chicago Cubs...?

Question

1.Are the Chicago Cubs a good bandwagon to jump on?

2. I'm not really a fan of the Cubs. I was thinking of buying a Cubs hat, but I don't want people to think I am a Cubs fan. I just like the style / colors of the hat. Is this understandable?

No. If you are not a fan, and don't want people to think you are, then just buy a hat that's has blue.

1. Jump on the exciting young Brewers if anything, CC has been unbelievable.

2. People will think you're  a front-runner if you're not a Cubs fan. They have a huge fan base. Try the Brew Crew or Cardinals.

2. No.  Don't give in.  You can find another hat that has those colors.  Like the Atlanta Braves.  Their blue is a little bit darker than the Cubs' blue, but it's more worth your money.

Ok, on a serious note, Cubs fans are usually portrayed as snobs and idiots, so unless you want that connotation, don't buy a Cubs hat just because you like the colors.

It doesn't sound like you're really jumping on the bandwagon if you only like the style and colors of the hat.  Buy the hat if you like it.

the cubs are a team like the yankees you can jump on the bandwagon even if they are not winning.  There aren't going to be a whole bunch of people who actually think you are a die hard cubs fan unless you go to the games.  The cubs hat are just fine if you want to pick a hat where you don't have to actually like the team.
