Chicago Style eats in State College...?

Question

Ok, so I'm a Chicago transplant to the State College area and I'm terribly homesick for Chicago style eats, Hot dogs, Pizza and Italian Beef mostly. Things you just can't seem to get out here.

If I were to open a Chicago Style eatery who thinks it would do well in the State College area?

..also, give me some name suggestions too!

You cannot go wrong by opening a small eatery in Penn State--and pizza is a big thing and they really do not have really great pizza there--at least they didn't 2 years ago.  There is no bad location if you're "downtown" and the "drunk bus" runs every night so the kids can get around on campus.  Delivery is another way of making a killing....my daughter and her friends ordered take out nearly every night.....a name should be personal -- like Chicago Jo's eatery---if your name is Jo- which would be great since the king of Penn State's first name is also JO- JOPA!  Here's a great promo idea-- for your grand opening- invite the football team and JOPA for pizza--on the house of course- and have new coverage-- they eat that up at penn state-- wherever the team goes it's BIG NEWS!!  I would also suggest that since half the college is anorexic girls-- make some vegetarian pies- low fat pies, etc-- catering to the calorie counter- and don't forget salads- they are big on salads.
