White Sox’s entire pitching rotation played poorly and lost the game with bitter humiliation.
"It's one of those games where they were putting it in play, They had good at-bats. It's worse if you make an error and lose a game or play sloppy that way," Ventura said.
Starter Jose Quintana pitched 1.1 innings and allowed seven runs and five hits. He struck-out only two and could maintained his 3.68 ERA.
Relief pitcher Dylan Axelrod pitched 2.2 innings as he received two runs and three hits. He also played poorly and could not save the game against the Twins. He struck-out only one batter while his ERA rose to 5.03.
