  1. i'm actuall y not a complete cubs fan but i know a lot about them. I know that they have a better team then the sox, so i would say cubs are better. And by the way, Lou Pinella has WAY more expierinece then Ozzie. Also there main way to score runs is homers, which is good, but it also means they lose a lot. But the Cubs bullpen reaks i mean really(xcept for Wood). And the White Sox have a good one. But the Cubs have WAY better starting piching. So thats why there better, and also Cubs have scored more runs.

  2. Definitely a no-doubter...the Cubs are by far the better team when compared to the White Sox...the Cubs have a better record in a tougher division...the Cubs are arguably the best in the N.L. and could possibly get to the World Series this year...as for the White Sox, if they make the playoffs I would be shocked if they got out of the first round.

  3. Cubs suck they havnt won a world series in 100 years and guess wat they wont win 1 in 101 years. Guess wat they are going to win in 200 years NOTHING. Insnt thet funny lol.

  4. Always has been and always will be the Cubs. It's a Cubs town.

  5. CUBS ALL THE WAY! <- great team, fun ballpark, awesome fans AND we're going to win this year! :)

  6. The Cubs may be better but I prefer the White Sox & I have nothing against the Cubs but many on Y/A are acting like the Cubs have the World Series title wapped up & could be in for a reality check if they don't.

  7. Here comes an uproar. But since most White Sox fans are blue collor construction workers and are at work now, you'll have most people saying Cubs on here b/c they dont work b/c their mommy's and daddy's pay for everything they do. Did you ever look at Ron Santo?

  8. Cubs- have best record in the NL

  9. The Cubs are a little bit better this year if you look at the won-loss record.  However in the season series, both teams tied 3-3 so technically in 2008 neither team is better than the other as of right now.

As far as all time best team, it's clearly the White Sox.  The Sox won the World Series just 34 months ago while the Cubs haven't been to a World Series in 63 years and haven't won one in 100 years, back when Teddy Roosevelt was President and the Titanic was still on the drawing board.

The Cubs really have only started trying this season and last and that's only because the Tribune Co. who owns the team wants to sell the Cubs. They will get a lot more $$$ if the Cubs win and that is why they signed Soriano and re-signed Ramirez and Zambrano.

Prior to putting the team up for sale the owners were just content in profiting off of the fans and tourists who visited Wrigley Field.  In fact, the Tribune Co. even opened up a ticket scalping operation to soak fans for even more.  If the team ever became competitive, the owners would do nothing to make the team better.  Perhaps the new owners of the Cubs, whoever they are, will care about every season and not just when it benefits them financially.  Cub fans can only hope and they must be sick of that after 100 years!

  10. the white sox cus the sox are in the american league and the american league is so so so  much harder then the nationa league if the cubs where in the american league they would be in last and the cubs play the pirates like  20  times and the cubs are chokers since 1908 and they will be like that forever so dont get your hopes  up cub fans they suck and lou is to

  11. It's the Cubs. But it'll be interesting to see a Chicago only World Series. What would it be called? The Windy Series??

  12. Cubbies!!!

  13. CUBS!!

  14. There is no question that the Cubs are the better team.  The Cubs have a much better chance of reaching the world series than the White Sox.

  15. White Sox.  Most home runs in baseball, not to mention a manager that's been there before and knows how to get it done.

Cubs have a better chance of making it to the WS, because they play in a weaker league.

I'm an NL fan btw (before people start assuming I'm a CWS fan).
