  1. Chicago Pizza & Oven Grinder on North Clark in Lincoln Park.  It's a little hidden pizza place in the basement of an old Chicago brownstone apartment.  The pizza is wicked good and prepared different from anything you've ever tried.  It definitely seems a little more authentic Italian and even a bit more fancy that you would guess.

It's also only a five minute walk to Lincoln Park Zoo which is free, so if you're having a good time you can always suggest checking out the zoo, or even sit by the lakefront which is just past the zoo.

  2. Hi! Here are some suggestions-

    Asian-

*SUSHI- s**+ Roy Hana (It's delicious and the prices are not terrible

*THAI- Penny's Noodles (yummy food + cheap prices= yummy!!!!)

*CHINESE- Orange Garden (super yummy and cheapo!)

    Italian=

    *Pompei (cute, cheap, and delish!)

    Diner

*THE DINER (coolio, yummy, and great for on a budget!!!)

Or for the super cheap-***, go to Burger king and eat by the beach!!!!!

  3. i tell you this either Navy Pier or the Buckingham Fountain first of all your on the lake and there is no cost to get in to them the fountain is on lake shore drive you could see it from the road and thats where every one goes to propose or hang out. Navy pier on wensdays and saturdays there are Fireworks you cant beet that and there is a lot of food and drinks and shops you name its there and its OPEN ALL NIGHT.

  4. How 'bout if you make a picnic and go to the park and eat?

  5. Check restaurant.com.  There are lots of restaurants listed and you can print off a coupon.  You can also check out the menu so you know in advance the price range you are in.

Put in the state, the area and search.  You can adjust to how many mile radius, or you can search by town.

Yes you can use a coupon on a first date!!  At least I don't think it is a problem.

I have used this site a lot and have never had a problem with a coupon. As a matter of fact I use it before I go on vacation, I check to find out what is in the area and run off a coupon.

  7. If she or he likes mexican check out Lalo's I love it!  Lots of food but average price is under $8.  Drinks is what will get you.  They have great margarita's but they are like $8.

  8. You don't have to eat anywhere fancy. Any unique greasy spoon (please, NOT any franchise like Burger King, McDonald's, etc.) with servers who don't pester you too much is just fine.

It's summer out, and the weather's warm. You might as well take advantage it by walking along the beach or any one of our many lakefront parks. If you're downtownish, Millennium Park and/or Grant Parks are so pretty right now. And it costs absolutely nothing. :)
