Chicago style dogs.  The pure beef hot dog, the ultra green relish, peppers, celery salt makes the entire dog.  Every new york dog i had has been bland was never impressed.

Chicago style all the way! I use to make them at soldier field our booths lines were long because we had grilled onions.

Chicago style.  But if you ask a New Yorker...they call our hot dog a salad.  But I hate Nathans hotdogs and all thier toppings .

I'd take a 45 minute El ride in Chicago just to get a Portillo's Jumbo hot dog with everything or I'd go to Byron's or The Wiener's Circle or (if I'm feeling fancy) Hot Doug's.

It takes a genius to put a salad on top of something that's so bad for you.
