Chicagolanders... I am looking for Summer Sausage!

Question

I lived in Chicago up until about 1966. At that time, and until at least 2002 there was a company called Fred Bush that made a product called summer sausage. It was a LARGE sausage, about 4" in diameter and quite long- perhaps a couple of feet. Anyway, they used to be in NW Chicago on Milwaukee Ave. Can anyone give me their current address and phone number? I can't find it anywhere... I live in Maryland.

there are a few polish sausage makers, they are really good.  Krakoa Sausage makers comes to mind
