How do I make this recipe? My boyfriend gave me some and I liked. Does anyone has the recipe and be willing to share? Thanks.

here's the recipe:  one cup of corn, one cup of onions, one tablespoon of oil, and one teaspon of salt.  pepper and sugar to taste. mash everything and make dumplings, then deep fry and serve with your favorite gravy of dip.

cut pig skin into squares , deep fry then sprinkle with salt while still hot
