Oooh Chicken Tandoori Kebabs out of the kebab shop near my boyfriends flat.

erm..I don't actually 'understand' kebabs.

I have always suffered from kababtermology-a-phobia.

I was never quite sure what I should ask for and not wishing to appear  'un-street' always went for a portion of chips.

What exactly am I missing?
