Chicken crunch wrap fattening?

how bad is a chicken crunch wrap for you?? Is it as bad for you as anything else from taco bell?or is it better than anything from any other fast food restaurant?

oh cares......eat it and enjoy it and get some excerise.....i hate people who are soooo absorbed into carbs fat etc...when they take away the pure enjoyment of fast food

Yes, with 23 grams of fat it is incredibly fattening.  It also has 560 calories.  That's almost half of my calorie allotment for the entire day.  I would stick to the basic crunchy or soft tacos at Taco Bell if you're concerned about nutrition.
